We have made it.
Hello! I am sat in the bakery on this beautiful, sunny Wednesday afternoon. I am on my own now, all the baking for the day is done, doughs are tightly wrapped, waiting for their turn to be shaped and become buns, bread is slowly fermenting in the cold to be baked in a steaming hot oven in the morning. Brownies, cheesecakes and cookies are waiting for their turn to become someone's comfort. I can only hear the constant hum of our extraction fan and it calms me down. I love working with my team...

Baking workshops
I am very pleased to say - I would like to invite you to sourdough workshops in my bakery. As sourdough takes time, we will meet in the morning and finish around 3 pm.
