We are an independent sourdough bakery based in a small village surrounded by
Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City, Baldock and Stevenage. 
We offer delicious and nutritious sourdough bread and wonderful pastries, from Scandi inspired cinnamon buns to flaky croissants made with cultured butter from Scotland.
Our coffee is roasted 10 metres away by Campervan Coffee Company, our eggs come directly from the farm.
We offer limited seating and, on a warm day, there is plenty of benches outside for you to enjoy.
Dogs are always welcome and, unfortunately, we do not offer gluten free options.
Our bakery is a walk in only and we don't offer table service.
We are card only bakery.
