Spring
Hey everyone, it seems that I have been quiet again for quite while and, as much as life has been very busy and hectic in the bakery, I really miss putting some words together and letting them into the world so here I am again, with a strong will to do better. I actually wrote a whole long newsletter yesterday but I got distracted and didn't save it. I assume it is for the better, perhaps it wasn't any good. I am very excited for this season when everything comes back to life

We have made it.
Hello! I am sat in the bakery on this beautiful, sunny Wednesday afternoon. I am on my own now, all the baking for the day is done, doughs are tightly wrapped, waiting for their turn to be shaped and become buns, bread is slowly fermenting in the cold to be baked in a steaming hot oven in the morning. Baking workshops
I am very pleased to say - I would like to invite you to sourdough workshops in my bakery. As sourdough takes time, we will meet in the morning and finish around 3 pm. You will be provided with everything you need for the day (just please bring a bag).
