Baking workshops
I am very pleased to say - I would like to invite you to sourdough workshops in my bakery. As sourdough takes time, we will meet in the morning and finish around 3 pm. You will be provided with everything you need for the day (just please bring a bag). We will cover the following: Maintaining a healthy starter, Mixing the dough (we will mix by hand and discuss using a mixer) Using different flours Baker’s percentage Shaping and proving Adding different inclusions Cold ferment
