27 February

Good evening! Hope you are all great, I have been a little cold recently (it must be the same front that is bringing the Northern Lights to St Albans - I am not sure if you've seen but the pictures looked stunning and it is my big dream to see Aurora Borealis one day).

If you have to stay at home with your children because the teachers are on strike, remember that we always have coffee and cake to keep you happy and warm.

We have some lovely cakes in store this week, Laura baked this amazing yoghurt cake with hazelnuts and rhubarb and I am absolutely in love, there will also be a coffee and cardamom bundt cake and some more. We will have ham and cheese croissants on Thursday and Saturday this week and will prepare some savoury treats towards the end of the week.
