Hello! Sorry I have been rather quiet here recently. I must admit that opening the shop is very very exciting and I can not wait to see it happen but it is also a little stressful and emotional. I have been pretty busy finding new people to join our little team, dealing with formalities, deciding on the paint colours and little bits and pieces and sometimes there just simply isn't enough time in the day and energy in my body, so apologies!
The shop is nearly there and I do have a date in mind for opening (it is soon!). We are aiming to open on Saturday, 20th May (on condition that nothing goes wrong so this is just a preliminary date for the time being).
We are still pretty busy in the market and this week we have a new loaf! This time we have mixed in some Grana Padano (which is a "vegetarian version of Parmesan") and cracked pepper into the dough, we will have tasters tomorrow. There will be cake, little buns with lemon curd and our usual croissants. This Saturday's selection of buns was quite popular so we might repeat it this week too.

If you would like to order your bread and pick it up from Potstop on Thursday, please let us know by 2 pm on Wednesday (email to email@example.com). The orders will then be ready for collection between 2 - 5 pm.
If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
