Summer

Good evening!

How are you doing? Are you packing your bags? Or perhaps frantically looking for your passport because it's not where you think you put it last time you traveled? Or are you relaxed, ready too go, clothes neatly folded away in the suitcase even though there are five more days to go? Which one are you? I am the "last minute panicking" kind of person. If I am leaving on Sunday, I don't do anything about it till Saturday afternoon, angry with myself. I have however heard about legends who are ready a month before traveling, I think they deserve some recognition, bravo!

Despite of what I was thinking, not many of you seem to have gone away yet, for that reason we probably had the most epic queue ever on Sunday. I wanted thank you all, for coming, for queuing, being so so patient with us too. And if you felt you waited too long for your coffee, it's because it really does take time to make one, not to mention and order for eight. And apologies if we run out of your favourite bake early in the morning, that's because it is just so so difficult to decide how much is too much on particular day. Anyway, I am more grateful than sorry so let's stick with that.

Small talk aside, there is something important I wanted to share. See, we are also packing to go on holiday so the bakery will be closed for one whole week. Our last day will be Sunday 3 August and we will return to you on Thursday 14 August. I did see slight panic in someone's eyes over this news but I am sure you also need a brief break from us right?

The Crossover Blendery will stay open over the weekend we are closed so please pay them a visit!
