Hello.
I wanted to thank everyone for supporting the doughnut week, what a few days it was! I would never (even in my wildest dreams) think that doughnuts can be so popular. Thank you for all the wonderful feedback and, as always, thank you to my team for pulling it off. It was a tough week but so worth it! We will offer you doughnuts once a month so look out for some news!
This week and some weeks to come, we will try to bring in some bakes to honour Ukraine. As I already mentioned on social media, we will be selling my "family" cake (yeasted crumble cake) and every penny from sales will go to Ukraine. I don't have any wise words on what's happening over there, it all seems to be a big mistake of a mad man. If you can, come and buy a piece of cake and support this good cause. We will also be looking for inspiration within the next few days and add some more Ukrainian bakes to our menu, so please stay tuned.
All I can think of at the moment is how privileged we are just because we are safe, we have food, roof over our heads and our loved ones nearby. I may not be the healthiest, the richest but if I have all of the above, today I feel like I have everything.

You can also pre-order a whole babka (chocolate, cinnamon or halva) £14 each.
If you would like to order your bread and pick it up from Potstop on Thursday, please let us know by 2 pm on Wednesday (email to hello@leavened.co.uk). The orders will then be ready for collection between 2 - 5 pm.
If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
