Hello. I hope I am not interrupting if you are watching the Bake Off just now, if you ask me my heart is already with Janusz, the Polish guy. I have all my hopes in him since I never got any further than the initial phone interview to become a Bake Off contestant. Neither did Laura but I can assure you that even the interview itself seemed like a massive achievement at the time.
Fortunately these days it seems we are on the Bake Off every day. The schedule is usually tight, the temperature high, there is the mess and the noise and you are the judges. Thanks goodness you are much more understanding and appreciative than the Silver Fox himself!

If you would like to order your bread and pick it up from Potstop on Thursday, please let us know by 2 pm on Wednesday (email to hello@leavened.co.uk). The orders will then be ready for collection between 2 - 5 pm.
If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
