Hey. Welcome to another hot week. I can assure you that it is even hotter for us with our giant oven and I think a special round of applause is owed to our baker Laura who works in the closest proximity to the source of heat (which is our oven Bertha, not the sun!). High temperature also means having some "fun" with controlling the dough fermentation and is a challenge in every way.

Secondly, my daughter has made some "peace for Ukraine" badges that we will exchange for any cash donation. All the funds will go directly to UNICEF Ukraine again. Thanks in advance for any support.

If you would like to order your bread and pick it up from Potstop on Thursday, please let us know by 2 pm on Wednesday (email to The orders will then be ready for collection between 2 - 5 pm.

If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
