Hi!
January is coming to an end (would you believe that?) and it wasn't a typical first month of the year. We were busy, you were hungry, tasting new bakes, appreciating our bread (our einkorn sourdough proved to be very popular!) and sending us a lot of love for all we do. And it is amazing, thank you.
We have a new product on our shelves, which is a fantastic, locally made chili jam. If that sounds like your thing, we have different levels of heat available and Oli will be more than happy to provide you with some tasters.
Next week we should also be fully stocked in delicious nut butters including flavours like cookie dough cashew or maple and pecan (and many more). Stay tuned as I will let you know once they have landed in the bakery.
We made a few challah loaves last week and you have been requesting more, so we will run a trial of challah available every Friday (as requested, we will also work on a vegan option).

If you would like to order your bread and pick it up from Potstop on Thursday, please let us know by 1 pm on Wednesday (email to hello@leavened.co.uk). The orders will then be ready for collection between 2 - 5 pm.
If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
