Hello everyone,
I hope you are all well and missed the bread (and us!) terribly. We are coming back tomorrow! I can tell you I've spent the most amazing two days in a beautiful School of Artisan Food learning more about the Wildfarmed flour we use and I also acquired some new knowledge in terms of baking bread. I feel that, at the moment, we are in the middle of a bread revolution and it is possibly the best time to be a baker. I just feel so humbled, energised and inspired by everyone I met and everything we baked that I am really looking forward to implementing little changes into the way we prepare your sourdough. The baguettes were particularly good (amazing actually) so I will definitely be spending more time perfecting those. I have already made some dough so there are definitely going to be some wild baguettes in the bakery tomorrow.
As for the menu for this week, here is what we will have on offer:
vegan cinnamon buns on Friday
burger buns on Saturday
Also please remember that we still offer bread delivery from Wednesday to Friday.
We use Box Bike Delivery and the cost is £2.50. The delivery covers Stevenage only (SG1 and SG2).

Your order will be confirmed once the payment is completed (we send you a SumUp payment link and you pay by card).
For Thursday delivery please order by 12 pm on Wednesday.
For Friday delivery please order by 12 pm on Thursday.
For Saturday collection please order by 12 pm on Friday (you are NOT required to order it is just an option).
Delivery times may vary but we do our best to get the bread to you by 6 pm.

Light Rye Sour £4
Spelt with Seeds Tin £5
Cinnamon Bun £2.20
Poppy seed and lemon curd bun £2.50
Peanut and chocolate cookie £1.50
There will also be some blueberry and crumble cake and carmelised honey&tahini cookies.
