Hello, good evening everyone.
I hope you are all enjoying half term with occasional days of sunshine and (finally!) warmer weather. I am slowly recovering from my trip to Copenhagen where I went with my daughter for two days. It was sunny but cold, I definitely suggest if you want to go, you will enjoy it more in summer. Despite all this it was lovely to see even more bakeries and coffee places, get inspired, try some more pastries and take in the views. You can even say that, to some extent, my teenage daughter enjoyed the trip as much as I did (if that is even a thing, teenagers enjoying anything).
Now back to work, in between planning how the counter will look like in our shop, we are heading way to fast towards Easter. I am not planning on running out of bread over Friday and Saturday, so didn't offer you to place an order but if you are worried, you may do so and have a peace of mind, just drop us a message (or email).

If you would like to order your bread and pick it up from Potstop on Thursday, please let us know by 2 pm on Wednesday (email to hello@leavened.co.uk). The orders will then be ready for collection between 2 - 5 pm.
If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
