Good evening!
First of all I would like to thank everyone who applied so far for a position we have available in the bakery. Wow! So many amazing people! I will do my best to reply to every single application as soon as possible.
Secondly, please do remember that we will have another week off from 18 - 21 August. It was meant to be a proper holiday, plane tickets have been booked but (as some of you already know) my son broke his leg last week and went through an operation so we are grounded. Still we will take some time off as a family and do our best to enjoy it (and I will go to my rescheduled hand lamination course so I am super excited).
This week's bread is a result of a conversation I had with our lovely customers on Saturday. They asked for a sourdough with olives and if you ask you get so please always talk to us if you have any bread dreams to be fulfilled :).
Also please remember that we still offer bread delivery from Wednesday to Friday.
We use Box Bike Delivery and the cost is £2.50. The delivery covers Stevenage only (SG1 and SG2).

Your order will be confirmed once the payment is completed (we send you a SumUp payment link and you pay by card).
For Thursday delivery please order by 12 pm on Wednesday.
For Friday delivery please order by 12 pm on Thursday.
For Saturday collection please order by 12 pm on Friday (you are NOT required to order it is just an option).
Delivery times may vary but we do our best to get the bread to you by 6 pm.

Seeded sourdough £4.50
Dark rye sourdough (450g) £3.50
Light Rye Sour £4
Spelt with Seeds Tin £5
Cinnamon Bun £2.20
Halva, tahini and honey bun £2.50
There will be some cookies too (peanut butter stuffed chocolate cookies), vegan cinnamon buns on Friday (and possibly Saturday), wild baguettes during the weekend and Biscoff vegan buns (Friday). There will also be some cake (raspberry crumble on Wednesday) and possibly some more to be revealed:). And last but not least, burger buns on Saturday.
