Hi everyone! I have some news and updates to share with you so let me jump straight in!
First of all, you live in Knebworth and would love to try our bread without having to travel to Stevenage, from this week you can place an order with us and we will deliver it to Pot Stop every THURSDAY. The orders will be ready for pick up from 2 pm till 5 pm.
Please place any orders by WEDNESDAY 12 pm the latest by sending an email to hello@leavened.co.uk or just send us a DM on Instagram on @_leavened_
Secondly, I will be away this Saturday but the bakery will remain open as Laura and Oli have agreed to take over! The bread offer will stay unchanged and there will be plenty of sourdough on the shelves but we will have a limited amount of buns BUT (!!!) Laura is preparing something special for you (many cakes and I can tell you from all the quality testing that they will all be amazing). Please do come in and support my amazing team and our little business. I am sure they will be over the moon if you create that wonderful queue we have witnessed this Saturday:). Thank you!

Spelt with Seeds (tin loaf) £5

Walnut and honey bun £2.80
Almond croissant (from Thursday) £3.50
Pain au chocolat (from Thursday) £2.80

We will also have some more French pastries from Thursday including red onion chutney and goats cheese danish as well as almond and fig danish.
There will be no baguettes or vegan buns this Saturday.
To order for Box Bike delivery please send us an email to hello@leavened.co.uk at least one day before you wish to receive bread.
