Hello, hope you are all well and enjoying the lovely sunshine and warm temperatures (ha ha! only joking!, at least it doesn't snow). I am a little bit torn between the present and the future as we are trying to work out how we will operate when the shop opens, what still needs to be done and ordered and still baking in the market focusing on the "here and now" so we can give you the best we can (as always!). I have posted an update on our crowdfunding page and also, we are still on a lookout for a team member (or two). If you would like to work with bread and pastries, not just eat them, let us know as we have some different options to consider.

This week we will carry on with wild garlic sourdough (shall we run out of wild garlic we will offer you marmite and cheddar instead) and will have some lovely cakes on top of the regular menu:

There will be some other bakes that we like to make a surprise so please come and take a look at our full offer.

If you would like to order your bread and pick it up from Potstop on Thursday, please let us know by 2 pm on Wednesday (email to The orders will then be ready for collection between 2 - 5 pm.

If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
