Hi everyone. I hope you are all well, we are definitely getting there. As I did mention on social media, we had to take an extra day off so there will be no bread on Wednesday but we will prepare some treats for you. Apologies to everyone as we hate to disappoint but also need to look after our health.
We are also very excited to tell you that as of the last week we have been serving you coffee by The Gentlemen Baristas, a company created by two guys whose passion for good coffee is as big and fiery as ours for good bread. We will be improving, learning and keeping you awake whenever you need it.
I have also ordered some amazing chili jams from a local supplier that we will tell you more about soon and we are trying to source some nice nut butters for you (coming soon).
You can note a big come back of our everything bagel sourdough this week, we haven't had it for aaaages!
