Hello!
As we all can clearly feel after the "lovely" bank holiday weekend, summer is clearly gone but there is some good news! One, the kids go back to school and I am sure there are some parents who are secretly high fiving each other because of that. Secondly, my favourite time of the year with pumpkins, fairy lights, cinnamon lattes, long evenings watching the rain is approaching fast. I have to admit I prefer the cooler weather (the bread not so much). What is more, Leavened will be ONE at the end of September so we are thinking about having a little celebration.
All of the above will come soon but for now, here is the menu for this week:
Classic Sourdough £3.70

We also have some cookies and you will find more bakes on the counter once we have a new member on our team (I am still in a process of meeting with the potential team members and have to face the most difficult decision as they are all amazing!). The baguettes will be available daily (in small batches for now) and the plum buns will feature some Damson plums straight from Poland at the end of the week.
